One of my favorite breakfast options: Fage 2% honey greek yogurt with a side of fresh cut strawberries and a handful of almonds. Great source of protein, fiber and vitamin C. It’s not a myth, breakfast is a very important meal. In fact, multiple research studies have shown individuals who eating something in the morning are more likely to be at a healthy weight. Even if you’re not a breakfast person, try to eat something small (granola bar, piece of fruit). Also, who says you have to have breakfast food at breakfast? There’s no rule for what foods you should eat at other meals! Experiment and find what you like most in the morning. Try a salad, sandwich, or veggie stir fry.
