Eat Mindfully Today

Are there days you feel like a bottomless pit? The problem may not be you’re hungry, but rather, it may be due to mindlessly eating. Mindlessly eating is when you’re not paying full attention to your food and all you’re consuming. This often happens if you’re eating in front of the TV, computer or in the car. By not focusing on your food, you may find you’re not very satisfied, causing you to eat more soon after. So today, each time you go to eat something, take the time to sit down, turn off all electronics and truly enjoy the food. Be mindful so you can be more healthFUL!
