My name is Taylor, and I’m a nutrition professional. I completed my undergraduate degree in Cleveland, OH where I received a Bachelors of Science in nutrition. I recently finished my Masters of Science in clinical nutrition and a dietetic internship in Chicago, IL, after-which I gained my registered dietitian (RD) credential.
Throughout my years of training to become an RD, I have encountered countless individuals who want to be healthier, yet, they are unsure how to do so without giving up their social life. Who can blame them? Dieting can be very limiting and downright frustrating. Therefore, my challenge with this blog is to help you take the word DIET out of your vocabulary and allow you to see that you can live a full life, while still being healthy. You can be healthFUL!
I like to pride myself in living a healthFUL life while still being a foodie who enjoys dining out, socializing, and all the temptations that go along with that. With this blog I will not only provide you with eveidence-based nutrition information, but I will also share with you what I encounter on a day to day basis in terms of food, physical activity and socializing.
