Turkey BLT

3 slices turkey bacon

2 slices whole wheat bread

1 tablespoon lite mayo

2 slices tomato

1 iceberg lettuce leaf

Yield= 1 sandwich

Cook turkey bacon on skillet for 3-5 minutes on both sides. If desired, toast bread. Spread mayo on one side of bread and lay tomato slices on top of mayo. Lay down lettuce and top off with turkey bacon. Place other slice of bread on top and enjoy!

HealthFUL Burrito

1, 20 oz package ground turkey

1/2 onion, chopped

1 packet taco seasoning

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 cup light, shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup salsa

1 cup low-fat sour cream

4 whole wheat tortilla

Yield= 4 burritos

Brown meat along with chopped onion. Add taco seasoning. Assemble burrito with 1/4 cup shredded lettuce, 1/4 cup cheese, 1/4 cup salsa, and 1/4 cup sour cream on whole wheat tortilla.
